Group Therapy
A therapy group is a place for people to come together and create an environment in which participants can consider and explore their own experiences and their relationships with others. A therapy group is a place in which members can feel a sense of belonging, validation and it’s a place where there’s no need to pretend.
Psychotherapy groups
Psychotherapy groups offer a unique opportunity to develop greater self-awareness of how we conduct ourselves in our relationships. In this environment we get to engage with others differently and practice new ways of being. In the safety of a group we find out more about how we make our lives the way they are.
We ask that each member commits to 12-week blocks of group time, at the end of which the member can choose to either renew their commitment for another block of 12 weeks or they can exit the group. There will be a maximum of 12 people in the group. If the group is full at your time of interest you will be held on a waiting list until a space is made available.
